Call from Hong Kong

Wow... It has been so long since I last posted a blog.
It can't be help, because it's hard to get online here in my hometown.
My holidays have been half boring and half exciting.
Today, I would like to share some incident I've encountered in my holidays.

Some girl from Hong Kong called me one morning, saying that she's from a jewelry company in Hong Kong, and would like to do a survey with me.
After a short survey, she gave me a set of numbers, saying that my name will be put into some kind of lucky draw during their promotion at KL.
Then their true motive revealed slowly.
The girl called me several day later, inform me that I've won a trip to Las Vegas in the lucky draw.
I was surprised, but instead I asked her if I can change my prize into cash, as I can't go for the trip.
Then she say with my prize convert into our currency, I can get around RM270,000.
I was thinking, "Man, this is so fake..."
So, I decided to play with them.

I checked on the website, and found some other similar cases same as mine.
So, when they asked for my bank account number, I created a new account and give the number to them.
A few days later, they called me again, this time saying that I have to pay a number of RM2,000 for the insurance fee.
I asked them why wouldn't they draw out that amount of money from the one I won, then they expalined a whole bunch of their country's law, which I don't understand at all.
Then I say I don't have that much money, then surprisingly, they stop calling me.
A few days later, my friend received similar call from Hong Kong, just that this time it's an electronic company.

Here, I would like to advise all my friends.
If u receive such call, do not entertain them.
They are really a bunch of troublemaker, cause they will called u everyday, as if they do not have to pay for their telephone bill.
Please be cautious and aware of this kind of tricks.
That's all from me today, God bless. ^~^

Pirates of the Carribean 3

I watched this terrific movie yesterday at Ipoh Jaya Jusco.
The sound effect in the cinema really is good, especially the part where the two ships firing against each other in the whirlpool.
Wow, it was AWESOME!!!
I really like this kind of movies, where the computer effects was too real to be true.
While watching this movie, I can't help wondering, why this Jack Sparrow won't die one?
Even he did actually died in the 2nd epidsode, he revived again in the 3rd one.
And I don't know why these people so weird one...
Even though they try to kill each other, they still end up sailing in the same ship.

That Barbossa, who had betrayed Jack Sparrow once in the 1st episode, suddenly become an ally, and travel with the other crews to rescue Jack Sparrow.
Wasn't those two captains enemies?
Why would he cares to save him?!
And later they still keep on quarreling over the title of captain on the ship.
What a pathetic pair...

Davy Jones, that disgusting octopus-man suddenly have a lover, who turns out to be the goddess of the sea, Calypso.
When Calypso was freed from her human body, she just turned into a bunch of crabs, then jumps into the sea, and the sky started to rain, and there was a whirlpool in the middle of the sea between the pirates and soldiers.
That's all...
I was expecting more scenes of Davy Jones and Calypso, but then it turned out that they never have an ending.

Chou Lun Fa also participate in this movie as Sao Feng, one of the pirates' head in Singapore.
But then the best thing he can say is: "Welcome to Singapore."
What the heck?!
I bet at that time, Singapore still haven't exist yet...

Both William Turner and Elizabeth Swann become captains.
Elizabeth became the head of the pirates' heads, and all she do is standing beside Sao Feng when he died, which his death was really 'unfortunate'...
William Turner's father turns out to be an insane man, and William took Davy Jones' place and become the captain of the Dutchman.
I was waiting for him to turn into a monster, but then he still remain as a human.
They married in the middle of the war, and their marriage was really extraordinary...
The one who married them is Barbossa, can you imagine that?

As a conclusion, the whole movie was a mess, but still, it was very exciting.
I can't wait for Pirates of the Carribean 4 to come out.
I'm sure it will be much more better...

Finally...

Finally, my final exam is over...
It's finished in both terms of the exam and the results. Haha... =P
I guess I rather worry about it one month later, and that I enjoy myself now.
It's weird that even though it's already semester break, I don't feel much happier if compared with last semester.
I didn't feel particularly excited of going home, which I thought I will.
I guessed maybe it's like what Edgar said, maybe it's a sign that I've adapted myself here.

Sitting in my room, facing my computer, I somehow feel bored.
Mainly is because most of my friends had gone back, and I still have to stay here for one more week.
I also starts thinking about my future, that is it good for me to continue studying here.
Many people ask me why I came here, since I have no interest in Engineering at all.
I can only say it's all about scholarship.
I don't know what should I study after my SPM.
I'm just like other people, applying for all sorts of scholarship, and study whatever I got.
At that time, I thought maybe following my Dad's legacy in becoming an engineer is good enough for me.

I like music, and I wish to study music, but that I can only wish.
Music is not a hot subject in Malaysia, so if I really want to study, I have to go overseas.
The main problem involves here is money problem, my family is not very rich.
I had surveyed quite a lot of music colleges and universities overseas after SPM, and I found another problem: I have no theory basic.
All the music stuffs I know, I learned them myself.
I still remember when I told the Australian at the survey booth that I play harmonica, he nearly burst out laughing.
I know I can't fulfill this dream of mine to become a famous musician, it is just a dream for me.

Then I accepted UTP's offer and start studying here, I found that UTP orchestra team is linked with Malaysia's Philharmonic Orchestra.
That makes me collect back all my hope to involve in music.
I started to join UTP orchestra basic classes, but it really disappoints me.
I only had one class with my so-called instructor for the whole semester.
That guy is good, but the committee of the team was bad enough.
They change the timetable depend on their time, and sometimes didn't even come to practice.
I like the Chinese Orchestra than UTPO, seriously speaking.

Now that the semester had ended, and we have to register for next semester.
As I was filling the registration form, I was thinking: "Should I do this? Where will I be after 4 to 5 years? What will I do? What can I do?..."
I really don't know, whether my choice is right or wrong.
I can only say, may God lead my way.
Wherever He leads me, I will just follow.

Since it's now the start of holidays, I wish all my friends Happy Holiday!
Wish you all have a good time in this one month time, and see you again next semester, if I'm still here.
So long! Bye! ^~^

Angel Sound

I want to talk about two singing groups that I like very much, one male group and another female one.
I start listening to their songs after I came into UTP, and I still like them a lot.

PUSSYCAT DOLLS
I don't know about the girls, but most of us guys like PCD very much.
These six sexy singers are really HOT!!!
Their songs are very nice, their MV better.
They like to move around in a very seducing way, and their favourite is dancing around vehicles.
(I mean on cars...)
My friends watch PCD's videos almost everyday, but they never get bored.
Luckily I'm not that crazy about them.... ^~^

IL DIVO
Oh, my God. Their singing are SUPER!!!
These four spanish young men have the most beautiful voices I've ever heard.
Whoever say that their singing are not nice, I will slowly influence you to like them. (like what I did to my friends.. ^-^)
Their singing really can makes one think that everything else in this world doesn't matter anymore.
I called it heavenly melody, just as a verse said in Chinese:
此曲只应天上有,人间能得几回闻。
If only I have half of their standard, that will be enough...

I hope people will enjoy their songs too.
I will try to listen to more songs, then maybe one day I will discover some other singing group better than them.
Haha... ciao! ^~^
